Tri-City ValleyCats TROY, NY -- The Class-A Short-Season New York-Penn League has announced the winners of over $10,000 in scholarships awarded to graduating high school seniors by the league's philanthropic arm, the New York-Penn League Charitable Foundation, as part of its 2010 Scholarship Program.
