Artwork by Mr. Martinez to be featured at Cary House Gallery
The artwork of Doane Stuart instructor, Jason Blue Lake Hawk Martinez (Isabella ’20), will be on display at a Solo Exhibition at the Salem Art Works in Salem, NY, this July. Mr. Martinez’s work will be featured in the Cary House Gallery at the Art Works. Once a rustic farmhouse, the Cary House Gallery contains work of the highest caliber and provides an intimate setting for viewers to “enjoy art on a human scale.” Pictured right, Saquasohuh (Blue star kachina and the seventh seal), by Jason Blue Lake Hawk Martinez. There will be an Artist’s Reception on Saturday, July 7 from 3-6 p.m., at the Gallery. The exhibition runs from July 6 through July 30, 2012 and is free and open to the public.
