Additional fees not included in tuition:
- Lunch (annual $690 fee includes morning snack, lunch, and a drink)
- Activity Fee $450
- Class Trips
- Optional – After School Program for grades 5-8 $2,000
- Busing for families in Saratoga and Clifton Park
Enrollment Deposit:
- A 10% nonrefundable deposit and signed enrollment agreement are required to hold your spot in a class. This deposit is deducted from your balance.

Our financial aid and scholarship programs ensure that every family can benefit from an education at Doane Stuart. We understand that an independent school education is a significant expense, and we want you to know that we work individually with all of our families to help make Doane Stuart a possibility.
Helping Professionals Benefit:
Families of educators, medical professionals, first responders, and/or non-profit employees may have the lunch and activity fees waived ($1,140 benefit).
