The Mock Trial team concluded their season Saturday at the Region III finals at the Albany Courthouse. The team this year advanced further in state-level competition than any previous Doane Stuart team. In the semi-final on Saturday, the team overwhelmed Amsterdam, with what Team Advisor Stephen Costa described as the season’s strongest performance. In the finals against Notre Dame, with Doane Stuart in the more difficult role of the petitioner, the judge lauded both sides but Doane Stuart lost by a single point. The Doane Stuart School congratulates the Mock Trial Team on a great season.
